Angel and Buffy will do another crossover because of November sweeps. It starts out with Angel going to Sunnydale, then Buffy following Angel back to Los Angeles. The reason is yet to be determined.

Buffy

Riley starts to take a liking to Buffy, even though she totally embarrassed herself in psychology class when she went cave-girl after drinking the bad beer. He confides his feelings to Willow, and things will slowly progress on that front.
Spike comes back and gets captured by those vampire hunters called The Initiative. It's all part of a long story arch that will carry out all season.

Angel

Doyle's official last episode will be the 9th :*(
(This makes me very sad for 2 reasons: 1. I really started to like him. 2. Who is gonna have the premenitions? Who is going to find the person Angel has to save? It doesn't make any sence!)
Doyle's got a wife who comes back seeking a divorce. She also brings her fiancé, who turns out to be not the nicest guy in the world--any world, that is.
