Breaded Backstrip
You will need:
- Fine Bread Crumbs
- 1/2 Cup
Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp.
Pepper
- 1 tsp.
- 1 egg
- 1 Pound Whitetail Backstrap
Cut meat into small steaks. Pound with meat mallet until thin. Beat egg in bowl. Mix crumbs, Garlic Powder, and pepper in bowl. Dip meat in egg and then in bread crumb mixture. Fry in skillet until cooked through.
