North Bay Heritage Festival
And Air Show
This years heritage
festival and air show was a big success despite the first 2 days of uncooperative
weather.
The festival this year ran from July 30th
to August 2nd
Our heritage festival and air show is obviously
a family event there is something here for everyone to do.This year some
examples would be:a parade,concerts every night,2 sets of fireworks,country
talent contest,airshow,carnival,Sharon Lois and Bram,beach volleyball tournment,a
kids
village,petting zoo,face painting and many
many others..
The Airshow
Personally this is a disappointment for me
every year,for the lack of military jets.Don't get me wrong the other airplanes
are nice to watch but they need to get more military here.the same planes
come every year it seams,for a change instead of the Northern Lights(which
do a good job)get the Blue Angles,or aF14 Tomcat,A10 Thunderbolt or a F15

Other activities that I was able to get picture's of were
a fireman's challenge and a beach volleyball game
Overall the heritage festival is fun for everyone,Bracelets
at only $10.00 in advance and $15.00 at the gate and children are free
it is worth it I just hope that next year we se more fighters in the airshow
