EASY NACHO DIP
1 lb ground beef
1 lb ground pork
1 lb Velveeta cheese, cut in cubes for easy
melting
1 lb of salsa (hot or mild, your choice)
In a skillet brown the beef and pork
together.
Drain.
Put the meat in a slow cooker or crock pot and add the salsa and
velveeta cheese.
Put heat on low and let it blend together, stirring occasionally.
Once the cheese is melted and all blended
together, keep it on low.
Put in small bowls and serve it with nacho chips.
