Somehow, they got the DNA from Mew, the rarest Pokémon of all. They wanted to create the ultimate fighting, and they did-but lived to regreted it. This Pokémon has extremely powerful psychic abilities, and it is very hostile. Giovanni, leader of Team Rocket, once had it in his gym.
