London

I honestly have no idea how many times I've been to London, it's the predominant stamp in my passport, that's for sure! I went again in March, 2001, mostly just to relax and see a few friends. I didn't see too many touristy sights and admit to having spent hours on the couch entertained by British television. But it made for a great break. I didn't take too many pictures, but here is a small selection of what I did manage to capture.

On the left is me with some cheap fish and chips outside of London Tower. And on the right, a line of taxis and phone booths - quintessential London!

On the left is Tom and Toby - notable for being the only two people besides myself and Mary to be featured in more than one page (see Thailand)! I stayed with them in their fantastic house for the week that I was around. A big thanks to both of them. On the right is a picture of my with my friends Alex (left) and Andrew, two New Zealanders that I met when I was in Athens. I stayed with both of them last time I was in London and we met up for dinner and drinks this time.
