Kristin Kreuk was born, raised and still lives in Vancouver, BC. She plans to move to the U.S. someday for her
career.
She is initally planning to go to university for psychology or environmental studies someday. Kristin began acting in plays in high school, but mostly focused on her
studies rather than the stage. At the beggining of her senior year in high school, a casting director of the television series Edgemont is looking for an exotic girl
who will play the part of Laurel Yeung. Kristin landed at an open casting call and it was her first professional audition.
Since then, she has starred on the series for two seasons and will continue her role for the third season while filming Smallville in her hometown of Vancouver. Kristin was also the star of the ABC fall release of Snow White (The Fairest Of Them All) where she plays
the one and only, Snow White.
Kristin currently lives with her family in Vancouver and when not working enjoys reading and spending time with friends.
