Can't get enough of my favorite sport... I play at the beach on weekends, in the NCR co-ed league, sometimes a local tournament, and/ or pick-up whenever and wherever I can...   
   
Del Mar
We play in Del Mar, CA almost every Saturday and Sunday afternoon, almost year-round. Look for us on the beach near 19th Street, or at Dog Beach.

When there's not enough beach in Del Mar (due to winter high tides) we sometimes play at Moonlight State Beach in Encinitas.

Additionally us regulars play at NCR every Tuesday and Thursday during lunch hour.

Tournaments, etc.
Occasionally I play in local tournaments such as the Cystic Fibrosis Volleyball Fest X. My team Smackdown (C-level) unfortunately did not advance to the finals (so no team photo on their website). But it's a fun tournament and for a good cause.

Also occasionally play in one of Dick Leatherman's co-ed leagues (the one in Poway) which are instructional leagues. Competitive but also with emphasis on drills and player improvement.

    She announced her retirement at the end of the 2003 season but I was a fan of Liz Masakayan kinda by 'default' as she lives here in San Diego and I used to see her practicing in South Mission Beach.
