Paul McAvoy Fidler
1895 - 1918

Birth:    Sep. 22, 1895

Death:   Oct. 14, 1918

Mother:  Hettie Sophronia McAvoy

Father:  George Eliot Fidler

Although this Paul died over 40 years before I was born, I've always felt a certain kinship with him simply because my dad (and subsequently myself) was named after him.
In a way, this is partly his website (paulfidler.com)

Killed in action in World War I, he's buried at the other Arlington cemetery (the big Arlington).

Served in the 10th Field Artillery unit.
