Next to volleyball, tennis is the only other sport I'm always up for and never get enough of. My tennis expertise is actually at a lower level than for volleyball (sad but true) even though on average I probably get in more of the former than the latter. With tennis, I actually prefer just hitting and rallying over playing actual games (I'd never settle for this in volleyball!) but we do tend to rally at fairly intense levels. We both hit fairly hard and fast (see Strings below), me with heavy topspin. On a good day I've got a forehand passing shot with full-body power and monster topspin. Working on refining my overall game, especially bringing my backhand up to speed. Trying to develop a decent high-power backhand with topspin (without destroying my elbow). Also getting more into coming to the net. |

My previous racket was the Wilson Triad 3.0 which I really liked. However, it was subject to an unfortunate incident involving the tires of my car! |

Accidentally ran over it one night
leaving the courts... I was just sick; it was less than six months old at the time. And wouldn't you know, in a racket bag with four rackets in it, my new Triad was the only one damaged...
So anyway,
as much as I liked the 3.0,
