Shalom! and welcome to AARTY's official home page! AARTY, or Ann Arbor Reform Temple Youth is a high school jewish youth group in Ann Arbor. AARTY is part of MSTY (or Michigan State Temple Youth), which is one of of many regions in NFTY, or the North American Federation of Temple Youth. NFTY is affiliated with the Union of American Hebrew Congregations.
AARTY offers numerous activities for high schoolers. Every month, there are opportunities to attend social, educational, religious, and social action programming.
Certain activities include special-themed services, working to feed the hungry, skiing, discussions on important issues in contemporary society, and even a trip to New York City!
If you would like to know more about AARTY, or how you can join, please e-mail Cara Berg, a Membership VP. Give AARTY a try, go to an event, see what it's all about, and why AARTY was voted Michigan's '99 Temple Youth Group of the Year. We hope to hear from you soon!
In the meantime, enjoy your stay and please feel free to check out our cool pics and links.
Have a great day! L'hitraot!
