Start in ready position.
1. Turn 90° to the left into right back stance, double high knife hand block to the left side.
2. Step forward into right front stance, middle spear hand with right hand, palm down solar plexus guard with left hand.
3. Turn 180° to the right into left back stance, double high knife hand block to the right side.
4. Step forward into left front stance, middle spear hand with left hand, palm down solar plexus guard with right hand.
5. Turn 90° to the left into left front stance, inward knife hand strike with right hand, knife hand high block with left hand.
6. Middle front kick with right foot.
7. Set kicking foot down into right front stance, middle punch with left hand.
8. Side kick up the center bar with the left foot.
9. Set kicking foot down, pivot, and side kick up the center bar with the right foot.
10. Set kicking foot down into left back stance, double high knife hand block to the right side.
11. Turn 270° to the left into right back stance, outward forearm block with left hand.
12. Middle front kick with right foot.
13. Set kicking foot down back where it had started from (in right back stance), inward forearm block with right hand.
14. Turn 180° to the right into left back stance, outward forearm block with right hand.
15. Middle front kick with left foot.
16. Set kicking foot down back where it had started from (in left back stance), inward forearm block with left hand.
17. Turn 90° to the left into left front stance, knife hand strike with right hand, knife hand high block with left hand.
18. Front kick with right foot.
19. Set kicking foot down into right front stance, back fist strike with right hand.
20. Turn 90° to the left into left walking stance, inward forearm block with left hand.
21. Without stepping, middle punch with right hand.
22. Turn 180° to the right into right walking stance, inward forearm block with right hand.
23. Without stepping, middle punch with left hand.
24. Turn 90° to the left into left front stance, inward forearm block with left hand.
25. Without stepping, middle punch with right hand.
26. Without stepping, middle punch with left hand.
27. Step forward into right front stance, inward forearm block with right hand.
28. Without stepping, middle punch with left hand.
29. Without stepping, middle punch with right hand.
