Start in ready position.
1. Turn 90° to the left into left front stance, low block with left hand.
2. Middle front kick with right foot.
3. Bring kicking foot back and set it down behind you so you are in right back stance, outward forearm block with left arm.
4. Turn 180° to the right into right front stance, low block with right hand.
5. Middle front kick with left foot.
6. Bring kicking foot back and set it down behind you so you are in left back stance, outward forearm block with right arm.
7. Turn 90° to the left into left front stance, but twist body 45° further to the left, knife hand block with right hand.
8. Middle round kick with the right foot. Set kicking foot down into side stance briefly before next move.
9. Turn 90° to the left into left front stance, outward forearm block with left hand.
10. Without stepping, middle punch with right hand.
11. Middle front kick with right foot.
12. Set kicking foot down into right front stance, middle punch with left hand.
13. Turn 180° to the right into right front stance, outward forearm block with right hand.
14. Without stepping, middle punch with left hand.
15. Middle front kick with left foot.
16. Set kicking foot down into left front stance, middle punch with right hand.
17. Turn 90° to the left into side stance, cross arms before face.
18. Lower arms in front of body, then open block with both arms.
19. Step forward into right front stance, but twist body 45° further to the right, knife hand block with left hand.
20. Middle round kick with left foot. Gi-yup!
21. Set kicking foot down and turn 270° to the right into right front stance, low block with right hand.
22. Middle front kick with left foot.
23. Bring kicking foot back and set it down behind you so you are in left back stance, outward forearm block with right arm.
24. Turn 180° to the left into left front stance, low block with left hand.
25. Middle front kick with right foot.
26. Bring kicking foot back and set it down behind you so you are in right back stance, outward forearm block with left arm.
27. Turn 90° to the left into right back stance (facing up the center bar), double high knife hand block to the left side.
28. Step back with left foot into left back stance, double high knife hand block to the right side.
29. Step back with right foot into left front stance, palm block with left hand.
30. Without stepping, middle punch with right hand.
31. Step back with left foot into right front stance, palm block with right hand.
32. Without stepping, middle punch with left hand.
Return to ready position.
