Conner was a singleton puppy and named after my nephew's favorite movie, The Highlander (there can be only one!) Con is very reminiscent of his grandfather, Rowan, though Linda Moore says he bears more than a passing resemblance to his maternal grandsire, Ch. Adair Fast Train.
I love this silly dog. He is so exuberant (his nickname is Conair), yet sensitive to all my moods and is entirely happy to just lie at my feet. Who can resist such devotion? Con is the soundest, best balanced dog I have bred. He is OFA Good and his thyroid is normal. Conner has been right up there for size and it looks as though he has finished growing on the wrong side of 16 inches. He just might be the dog to get me back in the performance ring.
Many thanks to Linda Moore, Adair, for giving me the opportunity to lease Conner's dam, Adair Carry on Down the Line (dam of two champions).

September 10, 2004 Conner sired his first litter at Romyldale. He was bred to Twin Cedars Forever in Flight and is the proud papa of eight. Five of the eight will be grown out and at eleven weeks still look promising. They can be seen here.

While searching for just the right background for Conner's page (I thought a tartan would be appropriate) I stumbled across a fascinating website. You can visit it also by clicking on "The Clans and Tartans of Scotland" below. There is a wealth of knowledge about the Clans and their kinships. The MacRories are a subset of the McDonald clan, Con's background is the McDonald tartan.
