A team formed by some rejects from the Legion of Superheroes that are native to Earth. This "Justice League of Earth" has twisted the legacy of Superman to promote their xenophobic agenda. With the Justice League of Earth defeated, the Legion set about rebuilding, and making plans to find their lost teammates; however, the members temporarily joined the Legion of Super-Villains to exact their revenge.
