Stationary Background:
Been wondering how I did that weird thing on this site where the content moves when you scroll... but the background image stays in place? This trick is actually really easy. All you have to do is add a little extra to your <body> tag:
<body background="yourimage.jpg" BGPROPERTIES=fixed>
