Welcome to the Webpage Tips and Suggestions section. This page is specially designed for people who have a SailorMoon site (or any site) and want to spiff it up a little. There are two sections.
Html Tips - has things you can do with html to make your page look a little nicer, and also has some cool tags. This is NOT a beginners guide to html.
Webpage Suggestions - gives you ideas on page layout etc.
