EIGHTH GRADE CIVICS CLASS PROJECT
Who says that time travel does not exist? Reading the Askel School Eighth Grade Civics Class project on the next ten pages will take you back in time, to 1928 and earlier, at warp speed. The written result of the class project furnishes us a detailed account of the hardships faced by the original Finnish immigrants who settled in Askel. I converted the project report to digital format from what I am sure is the original document from the teachers, Elina Heikkinen's, personal effects acquired at a yard sale.
