This contract is provided as a secure and binding agreement which defines in specific terms the relationship and interaction between two individuals, hereafter termed Master and submissive. This agreement is binding only between the two people listed above and in no way represents a legally binding agreement. This agreement must be entered voluntarily with both parties agreeing to the conditions. SECTION ONE: THE MASTER’S ROLE The Master accepts the responsibility of the submissive’s body, to do with as he sees fit, under the provisions determined in this contract. The Master agrees to care for the submissive and to arrange for the safety and well-being of the submissive as long as he owns the submissive. The Master also accepts the commitment to treat the submissive properly, to train the submissive, punish the submissive, love the submissive, and use the submissive as he sees fit. SECTION TWO: THE SUBMISSIVE’S ROLE The submissive agrees to submit completely to the master in all ways. There are no boundaries of place, time, or situation in which the submissive may willfully refuse to obey the directive of the Master without risking punishment, except in the use of a safeword to be agreed upon and covered in this contract under the rules section. The submissive also agrees that, once entered into the Submissive Contract, her body belongs to the master, to be used as seen fit, within the guidelines defined herein. The submissive agrees to please the master to the best of her ability, in that she now exists solely for the pleasure of said master. SECTION THREE: ALTERATION OF CONTRACT This contract may not be altered, except when both master and submissive agree. If the contract is altered, the new contract shall be printed and signed, and then the old contract must be destroyed. SECTION FOUR: TERMINATION OF CONTRACT This contract may be terminated by either the Master or the submissive at any time. SECTION FIVE: THE RULES 1. Obedience is required. When an instruction is given, it is not the time to negotiate. Discussion will be allowed later if needed. Hesitation to follow instruction will be met with punishment. 2. The collar is to be worn at all times that the Master and submissive are together. 3. No underwear or panty hose will be worn by the submissive ever. Stockings that stay up on their own, or garter belts are required when needed, otherwise bare skin is preferred. 4. Lady-like behavior and attire is required. 5. There is to be a discussion time regarding the relationship any time the submissive or Master feels it is necessary, except during a scene, or while being given an order. A request for discussion will assure one, with in one day at both the Master’s and submissive’s convenience. 6. A safeword will always be honored in this relationship, and no circumstances negative or otherwise will occur upon the use of this safeword. The safeword that is recognized is xxxxxx. Failure to obey these rules can and will lead to corrective measures. There will be no discussion from the submissive regarding these corrective measures, unless it is at a later discussion time. SECTION SIX: AGREEMENTS BETWEEN MASTER AND SUBMISSIVE There will be no additional partners brought into this relationship, for sexual means. We agree that any clothing REQUIRED by the Master for the submissive will be paid for by the Master. As well, any toys REQUIRED by the Master will be paid for by him. WE agree that the submissive’s responsibility as a wife and mother will always come first in the relationship. WE agree to always be honest with each other in all things including feelings, thoughts, and actions. SECTION SEVEN: HARD LIMITS The following is a list of hard limits both Master and submissive agree upon. This section may be added to or subtracted from upon the agreement of both Master and submissive. No acts involving water sports or feces. No acts involving needles or blood. No acts involving children or animals No acts that would leave permanent damage or markings unless agreed upon by both parties. No acts involving intercourse with other people. No acts involving breath control. SECTION EIGHT: SUBMISSIVE’S SIGNATURE I have read and fully understand this contract in its entirety. I agree to give myself completely to my Master, and further accept his claim of ownership over my physical body. I understand that I will be commanded, trained and punished as a submissive, and I promise to be true and to fulfill the pleasures and desires of my Master to the best of my abilities. I understand that I can withdraw from this contract at any time. Signature:______________________________________ SECTION NINE: MASTER’S SIGNATURE I have read and fully understand this contract in its entirety. I agree to accept this submissive as my property, body and possessions, and to care for her to the best of my ability. I shall provide for her security and well-being and command her, train her, and punish her as a submissive. I agree that no harm shall come to the submissive as long as she is mine.
