Thank you for the email.

We do not have an official count from the money due to the admission being a donation and some people give more than the $3.00 we ask at the gate. Per the Grand Rapids Press, there were more than 15,000 bikes. All I can say for sure is that the bikes were lined up from M-37 back to the hangers and from the north fence to the runway service road. We had people at each gate trying to take a more accurate count this year and we came up with approximately 8,000 bikes but this number could be off by 2,000-3,000 easily with how fast they come through. Also, we had to close the gates this year because we couldn't fit any more bikes in and they were still lined up back to nearly Newaygo (about 12 miles).

If I do hear of a more solid number I will pass it on to you.

Once again, thank you for your support of the Blessing and I hope that you will continue to attend. Be sure to check out our website for the dates, times and locations of our other events throughout the year.
