Diversified Minority Staffing Services are owned jointly by Ms. Carmen Sanchez and Mr. Francis T. Strazzulla. Ms. Sanchez has been the President of DMS since its incorporation in 1997. Ms. Sanchez is involved in the daily operation of the company and routinely inspects DMS's worksites to insure that DMS's work is satisfactory and that its customers are completely satisfied.
Although Ms. Sanchez is the Majority owner of DMS, she draws greatly on the experience, reputation, and business savvy of her partner Mr. Francis (Tom) Strazzulla. Mr. Strazzulla has been active in the Industry for approximately the past 30 years.
Mr. Strazzulla has successfully combined a no-nonsense, common sense approach in handling customer satisfaction with a strong focus on cost control designed to keep DMS competitive in the industry while providing the best possible value to its customers.
