The Horror at 37,000 Feet

William Shatner. Buddy Ebsen. Roy Thinnes. Lynn Loring. Chuck Connors. Russell Johnson. Tammy Grimes. Paul Winfield. Will Hutchins. France Nuyen. Take a look at this passenger list and what do you see? Some of the most familiar faces in television. And just what were so many former TV stars doing on the same flight? Either they were in-between jobs or frantically searching for a new pilot. And speaking of pilots, who's flying this plane anyway? And why are strange voices emanating from the cargo hold? Could it be Satan?

Well, we're not far off. It seems that a rather large Druid stone in the 747 baggage department is possessed by an evil force, capable of unleashing freezing cold temperatures and bizarre headwinds. I guess that's why they call it the The Horror at 37,000 Feet and the fun part is watching how the cast deals with this annoying artifact.

Who is going to be the hero or should we say the sacrificial victim? After all, the stone demands human blood. Will it be the former Irish priest with a drinking problem? Or the greedy self-made millionaire? Or perhaps the history expert who knows the secret of the Druid stone? We won't spoil the secret but here's a more challenging mystery for you. See if you can match the stars of The Horror at 37,000 Feet with their former television series.

Elvis has left the building, and he took Joe Bob with him.
And what does William Shatner see out on the wing?
(oops, that's The Twilight Zone, not this movie)
