Well, there wasn't much NSYNC at the VMA's, so this will be short. I only have 6 basic things I want to write about, ready? Here goes..
2. The Beginning Of The Awards. Note to Chris: Hey asshole. Next time you want to lie to the world and say you are single, DON'T TAKE YOUR GIRLFRIEND TO A NATIONALLY TELEVISED EVENT. The look on JC's face when he saw the camera on them was pretty funny. I just hope Chris finally admits this now that it was on TV. I mean it Chris, she is a nice girl, don't be ashamed to admit her.. not like you have any fans to get mad or anything. Ok, that was supermean, Chris is a sweety!
3. The Performance. Another un-notable event. I did like that there was much Lance exposure. He was shown more than any of them! He looked great, JC did too. I hate Chris's pinkness in the dreads, for the record. Also, Was I the only one that noticed the camera did not once focus on Justin? Hallelujah, Word to your mutha, Amen. That's all I have to say. But, the performance was too short, and very low energy. And when the hell did JC "I'm scared of needles unless they are full of heroin" Shh-zay get that tattoo?? At least they didn't actually perform with Britney, like we all thought they were going to.
4. Britney's Outfit. You all think I am going to say something else, but I LOVED Britney's outfit that she had on in the beginning. The see-through thing with the pants. I loved it! Adorable.. I did have to laugh though when she said "I don't usually dress like this." I know Brit, you are usually much sluttier than that! What happened?
5. Kid Rock's Performance. Yes, Kid Rock may be one of the ugliest men to walk the Earth, but I am SO attracted to him. I don't know why. Ever look at his body?? YUM! He screams sex. This was probably the highlight of the show for me. Please don't call me crazy.. hehe.
6. Backstreet Boys. Their outfits sucked. Their performance sucked. (I love them but still, it was SO boring.) Chris Rock making fun of them in the beginning had me rolling, seriously. "Oooohh.. Backstreet. Uh oh.. now I'm scared! Who lives on the Frontstreet... Big Bird?" C'mon peeps, that was humor! Oh, also, definte props to the boys for admitting they had female companions!!! (And AJ thanking his baby, how sweet is that!)
This made me mad. These awards were supposed to be for VIDEOS, right? In my opinion, KoRn got ripped off bad. The Freak On A Leash video is one of the best I've ever seen. I really think they should have won more than 2 awards. (If you live in a cave, they won best rock and best editing). They should have got more though. That video's awesome.
I hate Ricky Martin.
Finally, congrats to the Backstreet Boys for winning People's Choice. I personally didn't vote for them or NSYNC. I voted 3 times for Jay-Z, and 3 times for KoRn.
