| Tinker was McKayla's pick from the Jake and Tiara litter. She is sassy and mouthy! She has such a BIG upbeat attitude! She is our little fun police and is a hoot to train! As she has grown up I am seeing many resemblences of her grandmother Brandy. Sometimes it is a little spooky! You look into her face and in her eyes I see Brandy looking back at me! She absolutely adores Nathan, who is only 4. Only Brandy would adore him more! |

McKayla and Tinker have went through their first obedience class together and they did very well.Unfortunetly, on October 11th the dogs were put to bed at 8pm for the night after their romp outside. We did not know that Tinker had licked up some antifreeze that my car was leaking. Early the next morning we found her in her crate unresponsive and barely breating. This has been tremendously hard for us as it is McKayla's 2nd JR. dog to die. We had a necropsy done not knowing what was going on and the results came back with Anti-freeze poisoning. I can not stress enough that a VERY small amount can kill a small to medium size dog! If you see signs of unstable movement, almost like they are drunk, get them to a vet immediately!! We miss her terribly and can barely see pics of her without crying. Please keep your dogs safe. |
