Chapter 18: Talking about the cruise

"We've got that cruise coming up next month." Steve starts

"YEA!!!!!!" Kiaya shouts

* Chris smiles * "Have you decided who you wanted to bring? You may each pick 3.

"Brian for sure." Amanda says with a grin

"Ok, how about Crystal?" Chris asks

"Um, I don't know yet." Tyler says quietly

"Danielle!" Kiaya pipes up

"Jessica, and ummm Tyler do you want to invite Tracey or should I?" Amanda asks

"I will." Tyler replies

"Okay, and Mel." Amanda finishes and Chris writes them down "Tyler, Kiaya 2 more each."

"Jonathan and um let me think about the other one." Tyler adds

"Ok, Kiaya?" Chris turns to look at her youngest

"Um…can I invite Lauren and Michelle? Then we'll have the whole crew."

"You don't want to invite a few of the neighbors? Or maybe your cousin's?" Steve asks

"No. I want to invite them."

"Okay then. It's settled. Tyler, let me know the other person in a few days. I'm going to go call David and Sara and invite them." Chris gets up and goes off to make the phone call.
