Chapter 3: Friends "Swoosh, right through the basket and Brian scores again, winning the game with a total of 21 points to 18!" shouts Brian from the basketball court where he and Tyler were playing a little one-on-one before soundcheck. "Good game." Tyler congratulates Brian Brian: Thanks man. {follows Tylers gaze over to the sidelines where Danielle, Kiaya, Lauren, Amanda, Mel, and Michelle [ Tracey's sister ] were talking away.} Do those girls ever shut up? Tyler: Not unless Making the Band is on. {laughs} {the 2 guys walk over to the sidelines} Tracey: Oh my God is it really you? Eek it is I think I'm going to faint! Tyler: Very funny Tracey. Tracey: Oh my God, he knows my name I'm in heaven!!! {Tyler makes a disgusted face} Tracey: Sorry, we were just talking about that psycho you won a date with tonight. Lauren: Yeah, what do you think of her? Isn't she nuts? Tyler: She's ok…pretty, but a little obsessive. Kiaya: Oooo Tyler's gotta crush! [ Danielle and Kiaya start laughing ] Tyler: Uh uh she's too crazy for me. I thought we were going to have to have an ambulance come over and get here the way she was hypervenelating. Amanda: She wasn't that bad…just a little excited. Mel, Lauren, Tracey, Kiaya, Brian, and Danielle: A little?! Amanda: Ok a lot…but let's hope she's calmed down by tonight. {everyone nods their heads in approval} Just then DT walks over and announces soundcheck so the friends head off to check out the fair, still talking about Tyler and his date for tonite.
