3. Health Care involving Housing, expose the City Budget misusing State & Federal Funds, while denying the poor, disabled, elderly to their entitlements or equal share.

My Ma "Mary LeClaire-Perrault-Dahn, we lived at 145 Water St. St. Paul, in the Flood Plain, My Ma was relocated 1952 Flood. Today Our Home was "taken" 1952 and the Entrance to Harriet Island is the Front Door on my land......To build in the Flood Plain is crazy and costly to the Taxpayers of St. Paul.
