Senr deceased do make oath and say that the following are all
the
heirs and legal repo Abraham Groom Jr., James Groom, William Groom, Joseph
Groom and Jacob Groom, Sally Groom, Moses McMahan and Andrew M Poage
and
Robert Poage and we do enter make oath and say that the deceased
died without
a will so far as we know or believe and that we will well
and truly administer
all and singular the goods and chattles lands and
tenements rights and credits
of the deceased and pay his debts as far
as the assets which may come to our
hands will extend and the law
direct and that we will make a true and perfect
inventory of all the
goods and chattles rights and credits of the deceased and
account for
and pay over according to law all assets which shall come to or
hands
possession or knowledge,
