Christmas is my favorite holiday of the year.....not because of gifts or parties, but because it is the one time of the year that everyone seems to get along. The air is filled with joy and peace. As human beings, we are more tolerant of each other at this time of the year. Let's practice our Christmas manners all year long.

Christmas Is Coming

Christmas is coming
I see the cheer,
The air is filled,
With the news we hear.

Christ is coming,
He's coming to stay;
He'll be with us,
Day after day.

We deck the halls,
And sing our song;
The wait seems endless,
But it's not so long.

The tree shines bright,
With lights and trim;
The gifts are bought,
And our purse is slim.

But God is giving,
To us all,
The greatest gift,
For short and tall.

God is giving,
To us His son,
So we may live,
As brothers one.

So, sing your cheer,
And ready the way,
Christmas is coming,
The blessed day.
