Happy Mothers' and Fathers' Days

thank you, Mom for being you,
For always knowing what to do.

Thank you, Dad, for being there,
All my joys and tears to share.

Even though I seldom win,
You stick by me through thick and thin.

You are the strength I draw upon,
To keep me going on and on.

Your're always there when times are bad,
When my mood is blue and sad.

You laugh with me when I'm gay,
And let me do things in my way.

Thanks to Mom and to you, Dad, too,
This little poem says, "I love you!"
