Treasure that rare peaceful moment,
The one that is so hard to findl;
I pray you spend it with the Lord,
To your aching soul, He is so kind.

Jesus is the Prince of Peace,
He will bring peace to your soul and mind;
He provides an overwhelming peace,
That is rare and hard to find.

I often find a peaceful moment,
When I sit on my front porch;
I can sometimes hear the Spirit whisper,
Remember to pass the torch.

In this world filled with noise,
Peaceful moments are few and far between;
But one thing I have learned in life,
Oh Jesus Christ, I can always lean.

I'll grab peaceful moments when I can,
but communing with Jesus makes my day;
He will give me His joy and peace,
And teach me how to live His way.
