I have been touched with love,
By my God who lives above;
He grants me grace that I need,
He's by my side, always with me.

He sent His one and only son,
To die for me and everyone;
He died on a cross in terrible pain,
Dying for me sounds totally insane.

But He gives forgiveness to me each day,
He leads and guides and shows me the way;
His Word is such a pleasure to read,
It quenches my thirst, lets my soul feed.

Yes, I am touched with love and grace,
In pain I feel His embrace,
He comforts me and dries my tears,
It's been that way for many years.

He paints a sunrise for my glee,
He colors the flowers just for me;
Rains come when it is time,
It makes life so sublime.

Yes, I'm touched with love so very strong,
So how could I ever want to do wrong;
Jesus is my life and gem,
How could I live life without Him?
