RULES FOR USE OF
1.
All damages from willful and malicious neglect on the
part of guest of the renter shall be paid by the renter; and it is especially
understood and agreed that the Omega Center manager and staff shall have free
admission to any and all parts of the Center during the rented event, shall
have the right to retake possession of the Center, turn off the lights therein
before the expiration of the scheduled time for termination of the event, if
they find the renter, its guests or visitors to be in disorder or in breach of
the peace.

building only as agreed upon.

The number of your guests may not exceed the capacity
of the room under contract.

The
reservation party is responsible for removing items that it wishes to retain
from the building following the event. Any items not so removed by the time Center’s
employee’s clean up the Center shall be deemed abandoned and discarded or
disposed of within the discretion of the Center.
7.
Your reservation will include up to 2 hours
preparation time, 5 hours event time, and 1 hour vacation time. Tables and
chairs will be laid out according to the layout plan we furnish, unless a
different layout is requested. There will be an additional setup/removal charge for a non-standard layout of tables and chairs

Please
have all materials and furnishings out of the building not later than one hour
after the conclusion of your event. Please make
sure you and your contractors work within the scheduled reservation times,
including preparation and vacation.
Additional hours are available (if scheduling permits) at the hourly
rates set forth on the reverse side.

No food, beverages, setups or other products may be
sold or purchased on the premises except by

or consumed at your event; however, it can not be sold or purchased on the
premises.
11. Alcohol may
be served or consumed at your event; however, it can not be sold or purchased
on the premises.
12. Products may
be given away at your event; however, nothing can be sold except upon prior
approval of the Center.
13. A damage security
deposit is required with each contract. This deposit will be returned within 15
days after your reservation if contract rules are met and no damage occurs to
the building and grounds.
14. Full payment
of all amounts due under this agreement must be received no later than the date
set on the reverse side of this contract.
If your reservation is cancelled, the rental deposit will not be
refunded unless we are able to rent the Center to another party. We are not
required to seek an alternate renter, but you may do so at your
discretion. No refund will be made if
your reservation is cancelled without a substitute renter.
15. As host you
will be responsible for the actions of your guests, independent caterer,
florist, etc. Please make sure children are supervised. The Upsilon Omega Foundation is not
responsible for personal injuries to you, your guests, caterer, etc., in
conjunction with the use of this facility. The Foundation is also not
responsible for any personal property you or your guests bring onto the grounds
or in the building constituting the
