Zanya's origin?

Once I saw the pic of Zanya below I couldn't stand it. I knew I had seen that somewhere else, which was weird since Zanya was a Devil's Due born character. I then spent a long time searching through my old Marvel series to see if there was anything that resembled that or not. I don't remember how I stumbled onto this, but I do remember that I figured it out before I found the second pic below.

So you may judge for yourself. I just think that it was an odd little tid bit. I also wanted to say that I am not accusing anyone at Devil's Due of stealing or anything like that. Most any art comes from inspiration and inspiration can be anything, even BillyBob's ex.
