Gardenia RPG is set in a parallel universe where furry animals and humans
coexist on the same planet. Gardenia is a continent that exists in the place of
North America. Many things about the land are similar, but the geography,
landmarks, and history is drastically different.
"Furries"
A "Furry" is a talking creature with animal characteristics. If you've seen the animals in Ninja Turtles or Wind and The Willows, you've seen furries. This game is full of them, so be warned.

Norfork, Gardenia
Norfork, Gardenia is the capital city of Rudoria, the capital state of the country of Gardenia. A lot of it resembles Kansas City, but this is in a parallel universe, so there are numerous differences. Gardenia contains a college, a winery, stores, shopping malls, and all types of modern conveniences.
"Pogs"
The official currency of Gardenia is "Pogs." The exchange rate for Animal Crossing "Bells" is +10, the U.S. Dollar is +2. Credits, G.P., Zells, Zennies, Z's and Rupias -3. Zorkmid's are -1.
Gardenia University
"The best place to get a life!" Gardenia University offers more than a thousand accredited study programs, from Nursing to Liberal Arts. You can learn a lot from this college, and use it to build up skill points.
GEDU's radio station is one of the largest in Gardenia, broadcasting to many homes. While playing the game, you can actually get a radio and listen to them.
Community University
A cheaper way to study some of the same programs offered at GEDU.
Communiversity
A good way to get skill points built up cheaper is to visit a one-day class listed in the Communiversity booklets found around town. For a mere 5 pogs you can learn to dance, cook medieval food, or write a novel.
The Ghatsi
The Ghatsi are a tribe of furry Indians living on reservations in Gardenia. While other Indian tribes got to keep their land during the "Old West" era, the Ghatsi were unfortunately one of the ones pushed on reservations. They are a proud race, and have the best casinos.

Pudgy and Friends
Pudgy, Scott, and all their friends live in Norfork. If you don't like them, you can always move to nearby White Bird or Tortilla.
