Dues are paid in March. People joining KCAR at any other time of the year can pay a prorated amount for the first year. At the September, 2001 meeting, the KCAR membership voted to realign the dues schedule to the calendar year. Starting in January, 2002, annual dues will be paid in January.
People can join KCAR at any club launch or meeting.
