"My musical background is strongly rooted in metal. I was in the death metal band 'Possession' before joining Aaron & Tom to form Steadfast. My loves/interests outside the ministry of the band is spending time with my lovely wife & daughter, football (particularly the CHIEFS), BBQ, Ci-Ci's Pizza (You can't beat $2.99 all-you-can-eat, man) and I like ALL types of music from Mozart to Extol. I've gone through the 'party' lifestyle for a season and trust me, the love Christ has for us is a much bigger high than anything the world can offer. I thank God that His mercy & grace are new every morning. Keep your focus on walking with Jesus Christ, He alone is worthy and He is the way." (check out Colossians 1:13-14)
AARON DAUGHERTY-bass/bgv
Aaron is probably the biggest "old school" fan in Steadfast. If you hear any "throwdown" riffs in our songs, chances are, he wrote it. He plays in the worship band with Shane at their Church on Sunday mornings & goes to school in Warrensburg, MO. to become a teacher. He also likes to tear it up in the pit for fun at a lot of the local hardcore/metal shows.
TOM JONES-vocals
Tom is originally from Texas ("Texas T"), and has a great heart for God. He digs getting new tattoos, loves Harley's and has a great testimony about how God brought him to KC to do His work in the ministry of Steadfast.
