There are 6 theme categories that end making up the Regional Section of the passport program. The six of course are Kansas City Region,
Northeast Region, Central Region, St.Louis Region, Lakes Region, and the Southeast Region. After getting stamped in all the state parks in one particular region, you get a prize,
or a patch in the shape of that region. Which I think is pretty cool. If you were to complete all 6 regions, you will recieve a passport banner to display your patches on, a set of magnets
similar to the patches and 5 free coupons for camping in any Missouri state parks of historic sites.
Every state park you visit, be sure to go to a visitor center, park store, or dining lodge, so you can get your book or get that book stamped. You can get it stamped during normal operating hours.
There are a few parks that dont have these facilities to get your book stamped but they have alternate locations elsewhere for you to get it taken care of.
