Located in Euricka Missouri, Route 66 State Park is a 409 acre park of history and recreation. Bridgehead Inn, a 1935 roadhouse, is the parks visitor center. Its full of historical memorabilia of the old times of Route 66. As well as the story of the Former Times Beach, a resort community which once thrived on the location of the park. Other than the visitor center, you can drive around the park and see the nature around you. It is paved throughout and is fit for bycyling, walking, or jogging. There is also picnic sites around the park. The state park is in the first stage of development with a boat launch, pavilions, and a playground planned....
