I couldn't understand, though, why when I was looking at the pages my Dad would yell at me to get off. Mind you, my family is not strictly Catholic, I may be a baptized Catholic, but that doesn't make you one in your heart.
I looked at MANY pages! I was very cautious, I knew it WAS ME, but then I understood how important choosing a religion was, I knew it's not a overnight decision. So I read and I read and I read webpages until I rattled off the Rede and had a sign on my door saying "An' ye harm none do as ye will". My parents didn't know what it was, so it didn't matter.
It was very important for me to understand thougholy this religion before I began doing rituals and such, my first was Ostara 1999. It was worth the wait! I don't think one should read a description on it one day, and still have so many questions and do a spell the next day! It's recommended you study for a year and a day before you commit yourself, it hasn't yet been that time yet, but I'm not commited yet. I knew, from the day I read about it, that it was for me, but I waited. It was a good decision!
Don't think that I know all the answers, I still have many questions, I always will. But I do have the needed knowlege to make good decisions and I'm very happy indeed that I looked up cults that day!
