The Site Fights is a great program for webpage owners, or, not webpage owners. It's motto is "Where the fighting for fun and friendships begins", and it is true, I've met tons of great people! I am a Wee One and a Fighter, which means as a fighter I compete with other webpage for the title of the "best webpage" of the week. There are many different "rings" you compete in each week, if you win, as in if you turn out to be the best webpage, one week, you move up to the next "ring". In other words, the higher you move up, the tougher competition you have.
How do you win? You have people vote for you, I have weekly and daily mailing lists in which people sign up to exchange votes, as in I vote for them if they vote for me. So in order to win not only do you have to have a good website, you also need to have terrific voters!
What happens if you win? Well, you get spirit points, which is like money, and after you gather so much you get to pick a *real* prize from DStore, a great little place where you can buy shirts and such.
So what's a Wee One? As you know I am also a Wee One, you don't need a site for this job, you fly around (On your fairy wings!!! *G*) and "dust" fighter's guestbooks, this is why I have a Spiritbook, for the fairies and wee ones to dust. If you're under 18 you can be a wee one, over 18 and you can be a fairy!
There are many other jobs too, as a team leader, a member of DPatrol, Scribes, and so much more! It's so much fun, you should check it out!
