So, this vision you had…what do
you think it means?
I don’t know, but I wish I could
say that I don’t care. I have this eerie feeling; I can’t describe it.
Ah, I see; since you can’t figure
it out it’s pissing you off.
You more than anyone know how I
hate not knowing, it’s as if the answer is gnawing away in my brain but I can’t
quite figure out what questions to ask to get at it.

it all? It’s bad enough to see your reaction to this, but for the both of you

If it was true,
I know, especially if she’s as
sensitive as she shows us. It’s so ironic that a warrior, a person whose whole
life is consumed with devastation, death, and destruction could seem as fragile
as Kira does.
I think that it is because of our
very way of life she remains as innocent as she seems. In the experience of
death, one then may fully appreciate what life truly is—Fiona has a different
perspective, she respects life more now…almost above all other gifts of the world.

Why do you suppose you’re so
ambivalent toward life then?

there are no tangible forms of nothingness either—it would be wasteful, nothing
but brutal efficiency…it’s almost humorous

These men couldn’t have been so
stupid as to stand and wait for their end. They must not have expected it, but
how do you not see someone wielding a weapon?
The same way you don’t expect someone to outrun you when you’re riding a hover bike. These kids have some power…someone is able to kill all of these men without them so much as reacting.
We need to figure out what that
power is,

demon killed all of the men down here in one stroke…he said it was the leader
of the group.

engineering and see if there is any real damage to this ship, if not I want you
to prepare this vessel to be boarded by our injured soldiers and cyborgs before

tell you what happened, all I know is that one moment I see him draw his blade
and the next I see men severed in half before they can even let out their last
death cry…and then he was on me…he was going to kill me…

Very well. Preparations on ever
former moon have been made to welcome visitors exhibiting the powers you
display. When our world was destroyed by Kaiichirou 3,000 years ago the
survivors had one of each of the seven essences and decided that instead of
sacrificing our meager numbers, we would divide ourselves into three colonies
and each take part of all seven essences with us and develop the techniques
with our most promising teachers and warriors.
What he is trying to say is that
you will be taken under the wings of someone who has been training thousands of
years with the same power you poses; and although they will teach you to use
these techniques at a fraction of what your true powers are, these will be the
methods that will evolve us all.
