With this task at hand and only a single guide, a spirit from the 2nd teir, seven young men and women must find a way to evolve th 18 billion in habitants of a futuristic socity that has spread beyond Earth to include the moon, Mars, and the two natural Martian satellites, all of which are colonies of Earth.
