Education is a Human Right
Join the Global Campaign for Education Action Week, April 23-29
to help launch a global network of people who want to change their communities and the world by connecting people, ideas, and resources in every possible way. Read about this idea, see how people are responding to it, and sign up to attend or host a meeting wherever you are. 90 million children in countries across the globe are denied a quality basic education and 150 million will drop out before they finish elementary school. This year, during the Global Campaign for Education Action Week, students in classrooms across the United States and around the world will learn why so many kids are out of school and they will remind their government leaders that education is a human right. |
