The Centre
The Centre is located in
Blue Cove, Delaware in the United States. It is a large building, equipped with
underground sublevels, birthing rooms, and built to handle nuclear attacks, this
place has it all. A private mulitnational corporation, The Centre has field
offices and headquarters all over the world, including Asia and Africa. They do
all kinds of research, good and bad and is a very mysterious place. Responsible
for the kidnapping of many other gifted children, you don't want to mess with

Mr Parker
Mr Parker is chairman of
the Centre, of which he has been a part of for many years. He was married to
Catherine Jameson who died years ago, and has twins Miss Parker and Mr Lyle. He
was a part of the project that saw Jarod brought to the Centre, as well as
participating in many top-secret projects. Currently married to Brigitte and
expecting a baby, Mr Parker's stay at the top is uncertain. Power struggles with
Mr Lyle and an assassination attempt by Mr Raines, Mr Parker's power and
influence are becoming less.

Miss Parker
An efficient operative out to
spoil Jarod's fun, as well as find out the truth about her family. Brought from
the comfort of corporate operations after Jarod's escape, Miss Parker was
brought back into the field to do one thing - catch him. Daughter of chairman Mr
Parker and his wife Catherine, who died 29 years ago and has an alleged twin
brother Mr Lyle, who was stolen at birth. She enjoys her supieriority within the
Centre, often taunting those below her.

Mr Raines
Mr Raines is a wheeze at the top
of the Centre heirarchy. Formerly known as Dr. William Raines, he used to be a
practising doctor at the Centre before his licence was revoked. With a wheezy
voice, rumor has it Mr Raines was confined to an oxygen tank after a fire in one
of the sub-levels in 1982. Responsible for turning Kyle into a madman, Mr Raines
is responsible for a lot of deaths, but I don't think he'd care. He tried to
shoot Jarod in 1997, before a shot to his tank blew it up and burned him.
Recently tried to kill Mr Parker. Oh boy.

Mr Lyle/Bobby Bowman
Mr Lyle was
referred to as 'the boogeyman'. Brought in after Mr Parker's disappearance, he
was aligned with Brigitte. He was responsible for Jarod's few minutes of death,
and lost his thumb and his power when a deal with the Yakuza went wrong. After
kidnapping Jarod and killing Kyle, Lyle made his way back into the Centre when
it was discovered that he was Miss Parker's twin brother. He was stolen at
birth, killed his best friend, faked his death and framed his adoptive father
Lyle Bowman for murder. Currently in the hunt for Jarod.

Sydney
Sydney is a psychologist. He was
responsible for raising Jarod over the years, being the only 'father figure' in
his life. He had an identical twin Jacob who was also a part of the Centre, but
died in 1998 peacefully after he was in a coma for many years after a car
accident Sydney feels responsible for. Sydney was also the last person to speak
with Catherine Parker before her apparent suicide, which is more likely murder.
He has helped Jarod on many occasions, wanting Jarod back at the Centre alive.

Broots
Broots
is a computer technician. Brought to the Centre in 1997 to help with catching
Jarod. He has a daughter Debbie, whom Jarod helped get custody of after his
former wife spent child support money on gambling. He is a nervous little man,
often getting picked on by Miss Parker. Dates online in his spare time.

Brigitte
Brigitte arrived with Mr
Lyle, apparently a British lollipop sucking blondie. But she was just a 'steet
smart American' cleaner, rumoured to be an assassin. She attempted to kill Mr
Parker and make it look like an accident, then later married him after a brief
absence from the Centre. She, through deception got pregnant and is now
expecting a Parker. She takes her orders and makes sure the job gets done, and
does not get on well at all with Miss Parker.
