William James PATTERSON, "James" was born abt. 1820 in MD or VA. He married Jane* MOZINGO 15 March 1845 in Rappahannock Co, VA. He died aft. 1880. Jane* MOZINGO, daughter of Robert* MOZINGO and Fanny UTZ , was born bet. 1821 and 1824 in Culpeper Co, VA - (Prob.). She died aft. 1880.

...I was wondering if you have come across any information regarding Jane Mozingo. The best that I have put together is that she was married to James Patterson. At least one of their children was born in Rappahannock County, VA. They were also married in Rappahannock County. From the census data I have seen, it appears that they moved to Marshall County (now WV) around 1850. The last time I see any record of them is in the 1880 census. They are living in Marshall County with their daughter Martha Howard. Their kids were Henry Harrison, James, William, You have to forgive me; I don�t have my notes in front of me....
