Robert, I have info on both Hiram Degarmo ( my ggggf ) and Caroline Mozingo. My records show Hiram's ancestors as Jacob Degarmo (July 11, 1785), Paul Degarmo (1737), Jacobus Degarmo (March 29, 1689) and Pierre DeGarmeaux (1641). My info on Caroline Frances Mozingo shows she was born February 15, 1830 and died June 15, 1918.... Kevin

Hiram DeGarmo and Caroline Mozingo were my gggparents. We have Hiram's civil war discharge papers (with a photo of Hiram), a photo of Caroline, and a dress of Caroline's. One of their children, was Reazon Ransom Mozingo, and his 11th child, Sherman Mozingo, was my grandfather. And an incredibly fine man he was. My research has shown my gg grandfather Reason Ranson "Reese" Mozingo b 1858 married to Carrie Belle "Cora" Degarmo b 1860, both of Washington County, Pa, but for some reason it picks up Hiram Degarmo B 1830 and Caroline F Mozingo B 15 Feb 1831 to be the parents of Carrie Belle and not Reason or one to each . Can someone tell me if this is incorrect. Or is there 2 seperate tree lines here. It just strange that there is 2 generations of Mozingo/Degarmo marriages back to back.
