Horace Niles HOLCOMB was born 1844 in IA. He married Mary E MOZINGO 24 April 1868 in Scotland Co, MO. He died 1912. Mary E MOZINGO, daughter of Thornton MOZINGO and Minerva CALYEN , was born 05 March 1845 in IN. She died 10 June 1877.

I think H.N. Holcomb is son of Mudge but I wrote 2 from that family and they didn't have any info on H.N. I recently got a copy of the Soc. Sec card for H.N.'s son, Ira Ivan Holcomb. It gave the father: Horace Niles but listed mother: unknown.
The 1880 C showed Charles C., Effie Ellen (my relative) and Ira. I have a cousin in Hutchinson who found the grave for H.N. Holcomb, b. 1844 d. 1912 and a grave next to his, Charles C. son of H.N...b. 1871-1930 Hutchinson, KS. They are buried in Laurel Cementery.
H.N. had 3 wives - Mary Mozino married 4-23-1868
Louis F. Kemp 12-15-1897, and Cynthia Crane 1-16-1979. I believe Mary to be mother of the three children living with Cynthia in 1880 but haven't been able to confirm this with any source.
