BALLARD, BLANCH POLSON, - age 78, of Lafollette, passed away Thursday evening, October 4, 2001, at St. Mary's Medical Center of Campbell County. She was a member of Midway Baptist Church. She is survived by; two sons, Jack C. Polson, Lafollette, and Charles Albert Polson, Killen, ALA.; 5 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren; brother, John Hogan Mozingo, Lafayette, GA; sister, Arletta Hickman, LaFollette. Funeral services 2 p.m. Sunday, October 7, at Cross Funeral Home. Rev. Leonard Dabney officiating. Interment Campbell Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends 6 till 8 p.m.
