Annie Gertrude Mazingo, a homemaker, died Wednesday at a Mississippi medical center. She was 87.
Mazingo was a native of Alabama and a resident of Gilbertown.

Survivors include four daughters, Maxine Turner and Alice Clark, both of Gilbertown, and Thelma Todd and Geraldine Broadhead, both of Toxey; three sons, Andy Mazingo, Jerry Mazingo and Archie Mazingo, all of Gilbertown; one brother, Zack Stafford of Silas; two sisters, Easter Wilson of Gilbertown and Miriam Elmore of Mount Vernon; 20 grandchildren; 40 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be from 6 to 9 tonight at Bumpers Funeral Home in Butler, where the funeral is set for 11 a.m. Friday. Burial will be in Pleasant Hill Cemetery in Gilbertown.
